Registration

The deadline for registration and submission of abstracts is extended until Tuesday, April 17

REGISTRATION FEE:

PREDOCTORAL STUDENT	60 €	75 €

* Some grants for senior participants, predoctoral students and participants from abroad are offered.

The PhD students have to be co-authors of some of the presentations, with a maximum of 2 travel-bags for each presentation.

The senior bags are reserved for senior participants who currently lack financial support for research projects.

For participants from abroad their professional status will be taken into account.

Applications after April 13 are not allowed.

Forms for Travel Bag Application

The reply to Applications will be sent within a one-week period after request.If after this period, no reply has been received, write to the Technical Secretariat.

Registration Fee

Payment for REGULAR OR PREDOCTORAL-STUDENT Assistants after April 13 will be accepted only for participants who DO NOT present communications to the Congress.

REGISTRATION ENTITLED TO ATTEND TO THE MEETING SESSIONS, BOOK OF ABSTRACTS AND ALL MEALS(1).
THE TRIP IS ON ACCOUNT OF THE ASSISTANTS.

(1) Payment for meals is restricted to attendees staying at the Hotel "Mirador de la Franca ".
Travel Bag Applicants will receive with the decision about the grant a list of expenses covered (reduced registration fee and/or free room and board).
